Rules for Content providers
- Content provider must be at least 18 years of age or at least the age of majority in applicable jurisdiction.
- Content provider must successfully complete the age verification procedure in order to upload content. Service provider uses UAB “iDenfy” services to confirm the age of Content provider.
- Content provider will enter into Agreement with the Service provider under this Terms and Conditions Agreement in order to upload content on the Portal.
- Content provider is fully aware that he/she is not in any way an employee of the Service provider or any other entity related to the Service provider.
- Content provider may upload content for public and private use which includes without limitation images, photos, videos, text and messages.
- Content provider will upload content on his/her own free will and with their consent. Only persons registered in the account of the Content provider may be depicted in the uploaded content.
- Content provider consents to being displayed in the content of the Portal.
- Content provider will not upload content that suggests or promotes violation of any law or regulation.
- Content provider will not upload content that suggests, promotes or contains pedophilia, adolescence, incest, bestiality or zoophilia, elimination or consumption of any bodily waste, blood, violence, child exploitation, nonconsensual activities, deepfakes or implying words that are unacceptable by the standards of good taste.
- Content provider is aware that any uploaded content is subject to moderation and review from the Service provider prior to its publication on the Portal.
- Content provider is fully aware that their uploaded content, if not marked as private, will be visible to the public and can appear in the search results of search engines, such as Google Search, Yahoo, Bing and others.
- Content provider will assign and transfer without any additional compensation irrevocably and exclusively to the Service provider all existing and future intellectual property rights related to the uploaded content.
- Content provider agrees that the Service provider may use and reuse, publish, distribute, edit, exhibit and otherwise exploit uploaded by the Content provider content.
- Content provider is fully aware that any violation of this Terms and Conditions Agreement can and will lead to the termination of the Content provider’s account. Furthermore, the holder of the account will be banned from registering new account on the Portal.
- Content provider is fully aware that Service provider will not be considered responsible for any content, information, communication, opinion, expression or any kind of action originated from the Content provider.
- Content provider will indemnify and hold Service provider harmless from any liability related to the Content provider activities in the framework of this Agreement.
